Tom Beecroft
Founder & Creative Lead
Tom is the creative mind behind Waggle. He oversees all things design – shaping strategy, guiding projects, and turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Since starting Waggle (formerly RedSky Design) in 2010, Tom has been hands-on with everything from branding asteroid watches to creating keynotes for CEOs. He thrives on close collaboration and believes the best design starts with understanding people. His passion for clarity, purpose and great storytelling runs through every project – and every brew that mysteriously appears on his desk. Tom cycles to the studio year-round, geeks out on detail, and once discovered he’s a descendant of Pocahontas. Known snack enthusiast and serial cupboard-raider, he has a particular weakness for crisps, chocolate and anything not nailed down. Just don’t leave treats unattended.

Natalie Beecroft
Managing Director
Natalie keeps the wheels turning at Waggle – overseeing everything from finance and strategy to marketing, HR and B Corp leadership. With a background in global tech marketing, including Microsoft, she brings sharp thinking and real-world rigour to our creative world. Together with her husband Tom, Natalie’s helped to build a business that blends meaningful work with a happy life – and she’s proud to have helped lead us to B Corp certification. Championing sustainability, people-first culture, and doing business for good is central to everything she does. Whether she’s growing the business, supporting the team, or scouting out the best coffee in town, she does it all with purpose, humour and a touch of caravan-loving flair.

Patrizio Cadona
Senior Designer
Patrizio brings big-brand experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a love of crisps to his role as Senior Designer at Waggle. From high street packaging to charity campaigns in the Himalayas, he’s honed his craft across many sectors – and now channels it into purposeful design that connects and inspires. Known for his calm creativity and quietly brilliant ideas (often inspired by nature walks or the wild logic of his 5-year-old), he’s a team player who values crisp-sharing, creative freedom and the occasional fruit basket. He can no longer do the splits – but luckily, his design thinking remains flexible.

Tessa Barfield
Sales & Marketing
Tessa makes connections happen, bringing Waggle’s work to the world and building relationships that go beyond the brief. With a background spanning global marketing, agency life and even school library mischief, she brings warmth, wit and a people-first mindset to everything she does. She’s passionate about putting clients first, forming fun, genuine connections, and making sure everyone enjoys the ride. From growing our B Corp network to championing purposeful design, she’s all about building community and making work more human. A lover of laughter, trivia and slightly chaotic quizzes, Tessa believes that joy and impact go hand in hand even if she can’t be trusted near a teapot.
